The Clark County Latino Youth Conference was one of the few places that allowed young POC to rise up and be heard. I remember presenting my first workshop ever, at 17 years old, I would have never been able to have that opportunity at another conference. Soon after, I realized the importance of crafting future leaders of tomorrow, and I am glad to thank CCLYC for giving me that push I needed to succeed.
