Charlitas Podcast

Charlitas is a youth-led, bilingual podcast that amplifies Latine voices through topics such as education, career development, cultural identity, and community involvement. Evolving from the 2020 “Charlas Facebook Lives” created to share resources during COVID-19, and strengthened through intentional planning in 2023, Charlitas launched in January 2024 as the first bilingual podcast of its kind in Southwest Washington. Rooted in storytelling, education, and advocacy, it continues to inspire multigenerational audiences and empower Latine youth to lead and create change.

Winner of the 2025 recipient of The Future is Bright Award, Charlitas is a collaborative podcast powered by five co-hosts and produced in partnership with Media Mountain Productions. Each host brings their own lived experience and perspective, while Mountain Media Productions provides the storytelling and production support that helps amplify the voices of Latine youth and connect with the community through meaningful conversations.
