Sexuality and Mental Health

Navigating our sexual identities and sex and intimacy, in general, can be incredibly daunting and overwhelming, especially when we live in a society that shies from conversations around realistic sexual lives and habits.

Our sexual identities are key parts of who we are as people and something to be celebrated and uplifted and it’s also okay to have an honest conversation about some of the aspects that can feel more overwhelming and confusing.

We’ll spend this time talking about communication and boundaries, consent and safety, anxiety around navigating all of these things, and ways to access support and help each other as a community.
