Evaluating Our Impact: Centering Community Voices

At Latino Leadership Northwest, we are dedicated to uplifting community voices and fostering meaningful engagement with youth, families, and partners. As part of this commitment, we partnered with Dr. Jessica Rodriguez Montegna, an expert in systemic inequalities, to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our organization and programs in late 2023.

Through interviews with youth participants, board members, parents, and community partners, the evaluation provided valuable insights into LLNW’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth. By incorporating diverse perspectives, we gained a deeper understanding of our impact and how we can continue to serve our community effectively.
